Terms of Service

1. Reservations & Payment

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
• Rates are quoted in NOK and include 25% VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Check‑in: 15:00 – 23:00 | Check‑out: 11:00. Late check‑out subject to availability and fees.

2. Cancellation & Modification

• Standard rate: Free cancellation up to 48h before arrival.
• Non‑refundable rate: Full prepayment required, no changes or refunds.
• Group bookings (5+ rooms): Separate terms – contact our groups department.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Hotesfol reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in case of disruptive behavior, damage to property, or violation of Norwegian law.

4. Liability

Hotesfol is not liable for loss or damage to personal property, or for injuries sustained during activities arranged through third‑party providers. Guests participate in excursions at their own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here, with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
